What we collect, and why

Quote and contact forms. When you send a form we receive the name, phone number, email address, service address, service type, preferred date and time, and notes you enter. We use them only to contact you about the request and, if you become a customer, to schedule and perform the work. The details are stored on our server with the contact fields (name, email, phone, address) encrypted, and are emailed to Guardian and to the web agency that maintains this site, which handles them only to make sure your request gets a reply.

The website assistant. Messages you type into the chat are sent to our server and then to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. Do not put anything in the chat that you would not put in an email. If you ask the assistant to arrange a quote, the details you give it are placed into the quote form for you to review before anything is sent.

Spam protection. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may process technical details about your browser and connection under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Map. The map on the contact and service area pages is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy when the map loads.

Server logs. Our hosting keeps ordinary web server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your own request or appointment. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We do not send marketing texts unless you have asked for them, and we do not sell or share your number for marketing.

Who can see it

Guardian Pest Control staff who handle scheduling and service; the web agency that maintains this site and receives a copy of each request so nothing is missed; and the service providers named above (our hosting provider, Google for the assistant and the map, Cloudflare for spam protection), each only for the purpose described. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept as long as needed to respond and, for customers, for as long as we keep service records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Email Matto@guardianpestcontrol.info or call 844-930-PEST (7378) to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
